GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. NAVIGATION AREA AND LICENSE

1.1. Navigation is permitted exclusively within the designated area, as indicated by the lessor and allowed by the lessee’s license.

1.2. Exiting the navigation area without explicit authorization is prohibited.

1.3. Only the person listed in the contract may operate the jet ski, provided they hold a valid license.

1.4. The lessee agrees that any violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of the rental without the right to a refund.

1.5. If the jet ski is equipped with GPS, the lessor may review the routes taken to verify compliance with these conditions.

2. DELIVERY AND RETURN OF THE JET SKI

2.1. Delivery will take place at the agreed port, on the specified date and time.

2.2. The lessee agrees to receive the jet ski in good condition, clean, and with all mandatory equipment.

2.3. A photographic report of the jet ski’s condition will be made at the beginning of the rental and attached to the contract.

2.4. Return must take place at the same location, within the established time.

2.5. In case of unjustified delay, an extra fee of 50 EUR/hour will be charged.

2.6. If the jet ski is not returned within 24 hours after the end of the rental period, it will be considered theft and reported to the Civil Guard.

4. USE OF THE JET SKI

4.1. Use of the jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

4.2. Performing dangerous maneuvers, jumps, stunts, or approaching swimmers is prohibited.

4.3. The lessee may not tow objects or persons.

4.4. Transporting goods or additional passengers is prohibited.

4.5. The use of drones from the jet ski is prohibited.

4.6. Operating the jet ski after sunset is strictly forbidden.

4.7. The lessee assumes full responsibility for any violation and waives any claim against the lessor.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

5.1. If the lessee cancels the booking less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be given.

5.2. If the lessee does not show up on the agreed date and time, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

5.3. In the event of intervention by the Civil Guard or Port Authority due to rule violations, the contract will be automatically terminated with no right to a refund.

6. LIABILITY AND ACCIDENTS

6.1. The lessee agrees to immediately report any damage, breakdown, or collision.

6.2. In case of an accident due to misuse, the lessor may charge the lessee for the full cost of repairs.

6.3. The lessor is not responsible for any damage caused to third parties by the lessee.

6.4. Civil liability insurance (RC) covers damage to third parties but does not cover damage resulting from negligence or misuse.

6.5. Any expenses related to salvage, towing, or special cleaning shall be borne by the lessee.

7. JURISDICTION AND LEGISLATION

7.1. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca and the applicable Spanish legislation.

7.2. The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract.
